Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing POOVER products and services. We are committed to providing you with high-quality batteries and chargers, and we back this commitment with the following warranty services.
Warranty Duration
- Digital batteries and chargers & accessories come with a 2-year warranty.
- Lithium-ion & Cylindrical Cell come with a 2-year warranty.
- LFP/LiFEPO4 Cell & lithium-ion batteries are warranted for 3 years.
- Lithium iron phosphate batteries (≥50Ah) are covered by a 5-year warranty.
Warranty Activation
The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase. To ensure your rights, please read the product manual carefully before installation and use, and follow the instructions for proper use.
Warranty Claim Procedure
- We will respond to your inquiries within 24 hours and assist in analyzing the issue.
- If a product quality issue is identified, we will arrange for a replacement after you assist with battery testing and return the defective battery to our U.S. warehouse using a prepaid label.
- Defective batteries will be inspected and tested by our technical team to determine the issue.
- If a product quality issue arises within 6 months of purchase, we will offer a replacement or refund service; beyond 6 months, we will provide a replacement service.

We offer 24-hour customer service and are always ready to answer your questions and needs.
Warranty Conditions
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. For resale or gifting, warranty claims must be made through the original purchaser and original order information is required.
- We will provide a prepaid label for customers who need to return the product within a specified time.
- Batteries that are repaired or replaced will adhere to the warranty period of the original purchase and will not extend the warranty period.
- The warranty does not cover failures due to improper handling, product modification, installation, or intentional damage.
Exclusions and Limitations
- POOVER is not liable for any loss of use, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data, or any form of indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, and these limitations may not apply to you.
- POOVER is not responsible for any damage or loss to any item or product connected to the product.
- The total cumulative liability of the buyer is limited to and will not exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer for the product.
