Refund and Returns
Thank you for choosing POOVER. We guarantee that all POOVER products are strictly tested by our quality inspection process before delivery. The following “Return and Refund Policy” applies to POOVER products.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive the item. After you send us an email to request a return, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. When requesting a return, you will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Freight
In the following cases, the return shipping fee will be borne by POOVER or the customer.
When POOVER pays for return shipping
If the reason for the return is our error, POOVER will pay for the return shipping.
Instance examples may include:
- Item arrived defective and cannot be repaired with replacement parts.
- We sent the wrong item.
We sent it to the wrong address. - We shipped duplicate orders.
- The item is faulty within the 30-day return period. (Customers should install and operate the product correctly according to the product manual.
Important
For items that arrive damaged or defective, buyers must provide video or photos to support the claim that the item arrived damaged or malfunctioning. If the buyer refuses or fails to provide video or photos of the allegedly faulty/damaged item, this return will be considered “buyer’s remorse” and the buyer is solely responsible for sending it back.
If the buyer claims that the item is defective/damaged, the buyer must provide proof before returning the item, without exception.
If a return request for a damaged/defective item can be resolved with simple parts and support, we can offer the option of a free replacement part, as well as advice on how to repair the item if the customer finds this to be an easier solution, such that You don’t have to ship bulky items back.
Once we receive an approved return item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will refund within 3 business days.
When the customer pays for return shipping
- If an item is returned due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping is paid by the customer. Fees vary by region.
- POOVER will provide the customer with a prepaid return shipping label and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- It is important to note that our actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from any orders placed with special shipping charges.
- After the 30-day return period, if the item is defective or faulty, customers can use the POOVER warranty policy to repair it. See POOVER Warranty Policy for details.
Return Address
Since we have warehouses in different locations to receive returned products, please contact LiTime Customer Service via email (service@poover.tech) for the return address.
Refund Policy
Customers have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the item to return or refund the item. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded within 3 business days in the original form of payment. Keep in mind that the paying bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the chargeback.
Returns may be requested for a refund if one of the following conditions is met:
- If the customer finds that the product has been damaged during transportation within 30 days after receiving the goods, he can provide proof of damage;
- Within 30 days of receiving the goods, the customer finds that the product is substantially inconsistent with the description of the original product in one or more important respects;
- Within 30 days after the customer receives the goods, the product is found to have performance failures that are not caused by man-made damage. Customers should assist us to complete all battery tests, and both parties confirm that the product does have quality problems.
Cancel Order
POOVER usually ships your order within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel the order, please contact Litai as soon as possible to cancel the order. If the product is not shipped, the customer will get a refund within 12 hours.
However, if the product for the order has been shipped, we will refund the payment within 3 working days of returning the shipped product.
